The application is lightweight and runs silently in the background, if you choose for it to run silently. The interface is intuitive and user-friendly. You can customize this panel by hiding or adding lists. The left panel contains your lists: default list, today's tasks and unplanned tasks. It also gives you the option to add your custom list, as well as synchronize your data with your email or mobile devices, create productivity reports, adjusts settings or visit the help page. Main window is divided into two panels: the left one displaying today's date and statistics about pending tasks, completed tasks and Pomodoros achieved. TeamViz has a modern, yet simple interface. The free version offers only one user account while the only difference between professional and company versions is in the number of user accounts: professional version has only one user account, and Company version has 12 user accounts. The following features are available in the free version during the first month only: data backup, synchronization across different devices, such as Mac, Windows and Ubuntu, as well as Android. TeamViz Lite is free and offers project management, task planning, Pomodoro timer, statistics and reports, security and customer support.
